THE KIDS Lesson one.
It is always a mystery how a photograph of any of these precious children could end up lost or abandoned. Here are a few. You will probably say "Ooh..." at least once.

  1. Of all the photos I've seen on your site, I find the photos of babies and children the most poignant. When I look at the dates written on some of the photos, I think: These babies have lived their lives, grew up or not, married or not, had children and grandchildren or not, and may already have passed on. Makes me remember that our time here is so short!

    1. Thank you Rosa. Indeed, our time is too short. There is so much to do. Sometimes when I find a photograph of a child, a photograph that has obviously shuffled to the bottom of a drawer and then a shoe box and the a junk pile, I ask myself "How could this have ever been lost?" Some are so precious they are treasure even if I have no idea who they are or where they belong. Thanks for your comment.

    2. Like Rosa I get the same feeling with child photos, but what I like is how the children are totally without affectation or false pose. Real innocence that has yet to learn wicked thoughts.

    3. Thanks Mike Brubaker. Yes, they are completely without subterfuge, only following instructions from the parents. Whether willingly or not.
