It's Victor Jory star of almost 200 films. Here is a movie still from the 1933 film "I loved you Wednesday" also starring Warner Baxter and Elissa Landi.
"I loved you Wednesday" was first a stage play. The play by Molly Ricardel and William DuBois, opened at the Sam H. Harris Theatre in New York on October 11, 1932, and ran for 63 performances. The cast included Humphrey Bogart, Henry Fonda and Rose Hobart.
