Back Page - The Family Car

This is a page for photographs of a car with what seems to be the family posing around it.

There must be two people that could be Mom and Dad. The rest are children or other relatives. Groups of just men, women or children don't qualify.

THE KIDS Lesson one. It is always a mystery how a photograph of any of these precious children could end up lost or abandoned. Here are a few. You will probably say "Ooh..." at least once.

  1. I wonder if it's an American fascination for cars that so many photos are taken of people with their cars.

    1. Thanks Nonnie. I don't know why that is such a fascination. Cars never interested me that much but I have know people whose lives centered on their cars. I don't understand it. There are lots of snapshots where obviously the subject was the car but just happened to have someone in front of it.
