THE KIDS
It is always a mystery how a photograph of any of these precious children could end up lost or abandoned.
Here are a few.
You will probably say "Ooh..." at least once.
Dee and the Business School
The beautiful Dee. A curious story, What do you see?
WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?
"What are they doing?"
Love the beach one and the final of the airman. I just found some shots today in the big boxes of photos I was given yesterday. I should have pulled them out to post. Oh dear, they're somewhere in those boxes. In time I'll find them and post.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I thought I had more and probably do. As usual, I will add them as I find them.
ReplyDeleteThe last photo here is one from two books of more that 500 35mm negatives that I rescued from a junk pile at a flea market about five years ago. They were mostly from the south of England and mostly centered about Bassingbourn Air Base in 1944. They tell quite a story. The set has been visited thousands of times and I have made several connections for people with memories of that time. But still, no identification of the photographer.
Looking forward to seeing your posts.
