Those Talking Pictures - Cowboy Suit

The cowboy outfit

I can tell by your outfit
That you are a cowboy.
You can tell by my outfit
That I'm a cowboy too.
You can tell by our outfits
That we are both cowboys.
If you get and outfit
You can be a cowboy too.

  1. Such a wonderful category. Kids pretending to be cowpokes. I even have a neg I've never scanned of a boy with a gun. I simply have to break down and scan it to see if it was worth the buck.

But my prize shot is of a boy in full cowboy getup with his mouth wide open, most likely screaming, and the gun is point towards his mouth. An odd image for sure. I'm hoping to put together another Blub book of unsual images that I don't choose to just post online. There are some dandies. Have you thought of doing any books of your images?

  2. Yes, kids in cowboy outfits; that’s a good category. I have added to that page several times since I first posted it 2 years ago. http://lostgallery.blogspot.com/2010/01/cowboy-suits-from-back-pages-of-photo.html

You have one with a kid screaming and pointing a gun at himself? Yes, that would be an odd one. One for the “What is going on here?” category. I’d love to see it.

Yes, I did a book called “Talking Pictures” and gave them for Christmas presents one year. I am thinking of another one maybe called “Scenes from a Photobooth”
